Stayed here for 2 days, robots at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast 10/10 would highly recommend the breakfast even if you don't stay the night.
Great hotel - plenty of free parking, friendly receptionist, very clean and spacious room with excellent facilities. Good shower. Very quiet room - slept well. Only wish they had EV charging.
Really lovely Premier inn. Stayed for 3 days and the rooms were lovely. Beds were comfortable and the food at breakfast was great. The staff are very helpful and polite and there is ample parking. They even let us stt in the room for an extra hour as our flights were delayed at no extra charge which was very kind of them. Location is a little isolated but really it's just a nice premier inn to stay at so an extra 15 minutes drive is no biggy really. Would recommend to anyone.
A great stay …. From our lovely, genuine, warm welcome from Kama on reception … to our very comfortable re-furbed room it was well worth the money. Ok location is a bit out of the way but great for an early local business meeting. Every member of staff in the Toby was also delightful and helpful. (Chelsea particularly)
We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made such a difference to our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, but it was the staff that really stood out and made the experience special. The check-in was smooth, the team was always happy to help with any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great base for exploring the area, with good transport links nearby, and after a busy day out it was lovely to come back to such a relaxed and comfortable place. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A big thank you to the team for making our trip so enjoyable!
Stayed for 3 nights here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is out the way of everything really but not far from Edinburgh. Toby cavery onsite but no premier inn restaurant only breakfast. Not all the rooms have had the "Next evolution style" upgrade although the website just says new evolution rooms. Its not all rooms and should be stated when booking. No air-conditioning in the rooms. Plenty of free parking. Carpark was full everynight but overall a quiet pleasant stay here.
Super friendly and helpful staff - can't do enough for you. Shout out the lovely blonde lady who sorted me out with a phone charger! Very comfortable stay. Very clean rooms, everything looks brand new. Super quiet as well. Beds very comfy.
Stayed here for work for 1 night, staff was very friendly, room was very nice and modern!! The rooms was like new! Bathroom looked good and shower looked good but sadly just wasn’t enough pressure! They don’t do dinner but breakfast was good! I had good views of the fields and hills. For just £52 (Sunday night) it was amazing value!
